I think in Malaysia, many of them got the spirit of "Just do it". Either make it and lead to a better life, or back to normal. And I believe such spirit is being instilled since they are young. You not agree? Take a look at this photo:
Sometimes, I think as Singaporean, we are having a very comfortable life or job, and this makes us afraid of taking risk. As a results, we stick to our stable job, dare not to make new changes. End up, many of us dare not to start our own business, as losing a stable and comfortable job or life are something that we are not willing to face with.
