Always see the big A B C D on the hawker center stalls or restaurant. Those represents the cleanliness of the food. A stands for good, but that is the official language. Look at this chart to see how the foodies interpret the rating.
It is quite true that we always find that those famous stall always have rating only C and D. And those really taste good one are those who getting C or D!
So go for C & D next time.......
p/s: Someone comment on this post saying.... this is like the cup size.. go for C & D... well.. now you know what the guys are thinking
