The first is by Channel News Asia, http://www.channelnewsasia.com/video, it lets you create your own play list for the news that you want to watch.
Another is the Record TV, an application on Facebook, http://apps.facebook.com/recordtv/, it allows you to record some upcoming program at Channel 5, 8 or CNA. But you must be in Singapore, then only you can record the program in Singapore.
So just record your favourite program and watch it at a later time when you are free.
