Here is a detailed break down:
So basically 65% of the households have their income less than 6k. But why the average is so high, because there are 16% (u know who ..... ) got 10k and above.............

for an example a family of 4 and all are working 6k shouldnt be a problem ...
but even with two uni grad can just only reach 6k
